Personal training packages

 

Thank you for expressing interest in online training with TEAM RUGGED! Below are 4 different packages that we offer. We are a team of certified trainers that work together to give you the results you want. We all follow the same methods and protocols. Traci Rugged is the head coach, Courtney “Chief” Moore and Rhonda “Rho” Brown – Massey are assistant coaches. If you have a preference as far as male or female coach reply with that information. The packages and rates are as followed.

1. Meal plan and weekly training package (During prep, off season competitors and lifestyle). $250 per month.

  •  3 Months paid in full $600.
  •  6 Months paid in full $ 1350.
  •  1 Year paid in full $2800.
  •  Emergency Prep (no previous training with me and stepping on stage in 8 weeks) $500 a month.

2. Face-time training (iPhone or Skype) 4-5 days a week for 45mins – 1hr a day. $350 a month.
3. In-person training 4-5 days a week 45mins – 1.15hr a session. $150 per week (This plan includes meal prep).
All trainers on this team have a home gym and provide private training in South Carolina or Florida.
4. Meal plan only (Off season competitors and lifestyle). Initial payment $150, then $125 a month thereafter.

*All plans are taxed 6% per FL state law.

Upon receipt of the initial payment, I will email you an invite link from a training app I use called FIT LOG.
Simply download the app on your phone and create a user profile. This app will give you access to all training material, meal plans, instructional videos, progress tracking, check-ins, messaging system and monthly calendar. It is a very user-friendly app that makes sharing material between us easy, fast, and detailed. This app is FREE!

Once you sign up with Fit log, you will receive a health questionnaire form to fill out. Complete this form and upload current progress pics and I will,

1. Create a meal plan based on your needs. (If applicable).
2. Create a workout plan (Gym or Home) based on your needs. (If applicable).
3. Check-in on you periodically to make sure you are on track with meals, training, etc.
4. Give supplement/pharmacological agents recommendations based on your fitness goals and level of fitness.
5. I will monitor your progress (photos and reports) every week and consult you all the way up to the stage or until you meet your goals.
6. You will have 24/7 access to me by text, email, or Fit log app.
7. 3-5 days a week/1-hour session virtual training. (If applicable).

I will only be accepting payments through PayPal. You will receive automatic invoices from PayPal to your email address on file every month (31 calendar days) whenever your due for payment .
